Crushing
Single toggle jaw crushers, J50 to J80
Designed for effective crushing of bigger feed sizes with a large crushing ratio to give optimum product shape. Longer life for jaw plates and other components through no jerks, rubbing action and hydraulic adjustment of CSS. Grease lubricated self aligning double row roller bearing, lubrication free toggle and toggle seat with minimum friction, large crushing chamber, longer stroke and high crushing speed. Suited to stationary and mobile applications.

Throughput by closed side setting is on the product page. Due to the difference of rocks and the size percentage, distribution, the practical capacity will be different.
Weighbridges
Pit, pit less and mobile, 30 to 200 tonnes
Platform size and capacity are designed to your specification. Pit type sits flush with the road and needs no guide rails, pit less needs less civil work, and the mobile type is built from prefabricated blocks that can be dismantled and moved.

How an order runs
Enquiry to dispatch
- 1Enquiry. Send the material, the throughput and the layout, or a drawing of the part.
- 2Offer. Model selection, specification, delivery and terms in writing.
- 3Drawing approval. General arrangement drawing approved by you before fabrication starts.
- 4Fabrication. Cutting, forming, machining and welding in our own works at V. U. Nagar.
- 5Assembly and trial. Built up and run before dispatch.
- 6Finishing. Shot blast, primer, paint or galvanising to suit the duty.
- 7Dispatch. Crated and marked for road transport within India or for export.

Before you enquire
- Do you build to our drawing?
- Yes. Send PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP. If you only have a sample or a photograph we measure it and draw it ourselves, then send the drawing for your approval before anything is cut.
- Can equipment be made to a non standard size?
- Yes. Weighbridge platform size and capacity are designed to customer specification, shredder hoppers are customisable, and conveyors are built to your layout rather than to a catalogue length.
- Do you export?
- Yes. Work is crated and marked for the port, and the company also operates an office in Sydney, Australia.
- Are the published capacities guaranteed?
- No. Crushing and screening capacity depends on the rock, the size percentage and the distribution, so the practical figure differs from the table. We size the machine against your material.
- Can you supply a complete plant rather than single machines?
- Feeders, crushers, screens and conveyors are all built here, so a crushing and screening line can be supplied and laid out as one scope.
- What certifications do you hold?
- Send any ISO, material test or welder qualification certificates and they will be listed here.
