Typical jobs

The kind of problem that lands on the drawing board

Written as examples of the work, not as past projects. Real case studies go here once you pick the jobs you want shown.

Belt conveyor carrying bulk material in a plant

Grain from intake pit to drier

A troughed belt out of the pit, a bucket elevator for the lift, and a screw to the drier inlet. We draw the three as one line so the transfer points actually meet.

Stainless steel process vessels

A 5000 litre tank through a 1.9 m door

Built in sections, welded and tested inside the plant room, then pickled and passivated in place. This is the sort of constraint that decides the whole design.

Steel sections stored in a fabrication shop

A platform around existing machinery

Measured on site, drawn around what is already bolted down, and bolted together in pieces that fit through the gangway.

Questions buyers ask

Before you enquire

Do you work from our drawings?
Yes. PDF, DWG, DXF and STEP are all fine. If you only have a sample or a photograph, we measure it and draw it ourselves, then send the drawing for your approval.
What is the minimum order?
One piece. A single bracket is quoted the same way as a complete conveying line.
Do you export?
Yes. Work is crated and marked for the port. Documentation is handled with your freight forwarder or ours.
Can you install on site?
Yes, within India. Erection and commissioning are quoted separately from supply.
How long does a quotation take?
Tell us your usual turnaround and we will state it here.
What certifications do you hold?
List any ISO, material test or welder qualification certificates and we will publish them.

A scope and a rough size is enough to start. Attach a drawing and we can quote directly from it.
