Zuberi Engineering Works is a fabrication shop in Anand, Gujarat. Plate, pipe and section go in at one end. Conveyors, tanks, platforms and one-off parts come out the other, painted and crated for the truck or for the port.

Conveying is the largest part of the board. Which type suits you depends on four things: what you are moving, how far, how high, and what condition it is in when it arrives. Tell us those four and we will draw the machine and quote it. Powders and grain usually mean a screw or a bucket elevator. Boxes and crates mean roller or modular belt. Hot or oily loads mean chain and slat. Lorry and container work means telescopic.

Tanks and vessels come next. Mild steel for water and effluent, 304 stainless for food and washdown duty, 316 where chemicals or coastal air are involved. We roll the shell, weld it, fill test it, and pickle and passivate the weld lines on stainless.

Structural work is the steel that holds everything else up: platforms, walkways, mezzanine floors, machine frames and skid bases. Holes drilled and the frame squared in the shop, so the bolts go in on site without anyone reaching for a grinder.

Most of what leaves here is a one-off. A chute at an odd angle. A screw 2.4 m long when the catalogue stops at 2. A frame measured off a part a customer posted us in a rice sack. We re-draw it, quote it, and hold the tolerances written on the sheet. Minimum order is one piece, and we answer the enquiry for one bracket the same way we answer the enquiry for a complete line.
